What Can Be Returned
- Retail Packs: Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Non-returnable items: All items except mentioned above are ineligible for return.
What We Can Replace/Exchange
We offer replacements or exchanges for eligible items only in the following cases:
- If a product was damaged in transit.
- If a product has a manufacturing defect.
- If you receive an incorrect item.
Please make a note of the following terms and conditions:
- We cannot accept returns or replacements for products with a tampered cellophane seal.
- You must request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging, in the same condition it was received.
How To Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Return: Include "RETURN" and your order ID.
- Replacement: Include "REPLACEMENT" and your order ID.
- Email body: Include the reason for your return or replacement request.
- We may contact you for further information after receiving your email.
- If your request is approved, we'll arrange a reverse pick-up from your original delivery address.
- Ensure the product is securely packed for return.
Refund Process
- We'll initiate your refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
