Shipping Costs

• A flat shipping charge of Rs. 149 applies to orders below ₹1199 (excluding COD charges, taxes, or discounts). COD is available for orders starting from ₹1999.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.
• Scentoria reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice. Updated charges will be reflected at checkout.

Shipping Partners & Delivery Times

• We primarily use Blue Dart for deliveries. 
• If your area is not serviceable by Blue Dart, we may use alternate partners like Delhivery or DTDC.
• Standard delivery takes 3-4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
• Perfume Decants are crafted upon order. This may add 2-4 days to your shipping time.
• While Scentoria strives to fulfill orders by the estimated delivery date, unforeseen logistical challenges may cause delays. We kindly request your cooperation in such instances as we work to resolve them.
