The perfume was created by in-house perfumer Francois Demachy as a sophisticated oriental-gourmet harmony. Tonka bean smells like a mixture of caramel, almonds, and cut hay, milky sweet but also bitter. The composition includes notes of tonka bean, vanilla, caramel, cocoa, pralines, and woody accords.
